The Ameson Air Column Wrap Roll is a versatile packaging consumable designed for the MINI AIR TA4 system. The machine converts the flat film into a continuous wrap of straight air columns, creating a flexible, shock-absorbing barrier that can be custom-wrapped around fragile or irregularly shaped items.
Unlike pre-formed bags, the straight-column structure conforms easily to various product contours. It can be cut to any length and wrapped tightly around glassware, ceramics, or irregular electronics, providing reliable surface protection without the need for bulky pre-formed inserts.
Engineered from high-strength, puncture-resistant film, each straight air column is independently sealed. If a single chamber is punctured by a sharp edge during transit, the remaining columns stay fully inflated to maintain consistent cushioning around the product.
The uninflated flat roll requires minimal warehouse storage space. It can feed continuously through the MINI AIR machine for rapid, automated batch packing, or be inflated with a hand pump for smaller packaging volumes directly at the packing station.
To accommodate different product profiles and minimize material waste, the wrap is available in multiple widths and film thicknesses. Rolls can also be custom-manufactured to meet specific packaging applications and operational requirements.
