The Ameson BioAir Paper Air Pillow Roll is a 100% plastic-free void fill solution designed for the air cushion system. It converts flat paper material into durable, air-filled pillows that block and brace products, preventing them from shifting during transit.
Manufactured from sustainably sourced paper and a natural starch-based sealant, the material holds both FSC and OK COMPOST certifications. It provides a fully biodegradable and recyclable alternative to traditional plastic void fill, helping businesses meet environmental packaging requirements.
Constructed with a robust 50µm thickness, the inflated paper pillows deliver void fill capacity and shock absorption equivalent to conventional plastic air pillows. They fill empty spaces inside shipping cartons to help prevent products from shifting and absorbing impact during transit.
Supplied as continuous flat rolls ranging from 50 to 500 meters in length, the uninflated paper takes up significantly less warehouse space than bulky pre-made void fill materials. Inflating the pillows on demand reduces storage requirements by up to 80%.
The paper air pillows are available in widths from 200 to 400 mm, with individual pillow lengths adjustable from 80 to 300 mm. The rolls can also be customized with single-color or twin-color logo printing directly on the paper surface for branded packaging.
