The Mini Foam FlexiAuto is a PU foam injection machine for filling gaps and securing products during shipping. It uses a foot pedal to dispense expanding foam around the product during packing.
The foam expands up to 100 times its original volume after injection, giving you more cushioning from less raw material.
Temperature and liquid flow can be adjusted to control the amount of foam used for different products and package sizes.
The expanding foam fills the space around the product and forms to its shape, helping keep it in place during handling and transport.
Foam is produced when you need it, so you do not need to keep large amounts of pre-made cushioning material in the warehouse.
