The PaperEZ WrapAuto is an electric honeycomb paper machine designed to process the Honeycomb Paper Roll. It stretches the honeycomb paper into a 3D cushioning structure and can simultaneously feed white tissue paper for delicate surface wrapping.
Adjustable Speed & Tension Control
The control panel lets you adjust the dispensing speed and paper tension to match different packing requirements. This also gives you better control over how the honeycomb paper expands during use.
Foot Pedal & Auto Modes
The machine offers two operation modes. Choose Foot Pedal Mode for hands-free control over paper dispensing, or switch to Auto Mode for continuous dispensing during batch packing.
Simultaneous Tissue Paper Lining
The WrapAuto can feed a layer of white tissue paper directly under the honeycomb layer. This creates a soft inner lining to help prevent scratches on delicate product surfaces.
Flexible Cutting Options
Choose the machine-only version, add a manual cutter for simple cutting, or select an automatic cutter for faster and more consistent cuts. The expanded honeycomb paper can also be torn by hand.
Compact & Wall-Mountable
Simple controls and easy roll loading make the machine straightforward to operate. An optional wall-mounted kit is also available for packing stations with limited workspace.
