Step 1: Pull the Paper Bubble Wrap from the Fanfold Stack
The material sits flat in a fanfold stack on the packing desk. Grab the edge and pull the required length.
Step 2: Wrap the Product
As you pull the sheet from the fanfold stack, the embossed structure expands into its cushioning shape. Wrap this textured layer directly around the product.
Cover the entire surface, paying close attention to the corners.
For boxes with multiple items, wrap each one individually to prevent contact.

Step 3:Tear at the Pre-Installed Tear Line
Forget the scissors and utility knives. The paper has pre-installed tear lines at 300 mm intervals. Once the product is covered, pinch the paper near the perforation and snap it off.
Step 4:Place the Wrapped Product Into the Box
Place the wrapped item inside the carton. If there is empty space around the product, add dedicated void fill. This stops the item from shifting inside the box during transit.
